Unlocking knowledge
Some of the knowledge produced within the SynergyCrowds platform can be accessed by unlocking it.As a user, unlocking knowledge means you make it available for yourself for a limited period of time by spending few SYGON credits.
For unlocking knowledge, user's account has to be at Level 2. If the account is currently at Level 1, this requires an upgrade. How to upgrade your sygon account
